Day 1

BREAKFAST
- 2 hard boiled eggs, with pepper only
- 2 bananas
- 1cup of coffee
- Seltzer water

LUNCH
Vegetable Nori Roll (seaweed wrapped sushi roll-looking thing, but no rice) -included a vegetarian sesame spread, broccoli, beets, carrots, peppers, alfalfa sprouts.
Salad
Water

SNACK
Kashi Chewy Granola Bar - 140 calories, 45 fat calories

DINNER
Some dinner bread and oil
Lobster Bisque
Pasta and Seafood
Veal Scalapini
Strawberries and cream
2 1/2 glasses of red wine
